Just a short note from Angie & myself as we wind up our affairs
in South Africa before moving to New Zealand.
We both believe we were very fortunate in appointing you as our
preferred rebuilder and surveyor of our Wildcat--'"The Gush". The work
list was long & rather daunting & I do know that I am
fussy & often unnecessarily particular yet in all this time we
never had any confrontational issues.
It always amazed us that you have this extremely extensive knowledge of
all things boating; be it Fibreglassing, Plumbing, Electrical,
Electronics, Navigation, Rigging, Engines - the list is endless and
your assistance and advice to "us greenhorns" was always freely given
and always much appreciated by us.
What was really satisfying to us was the quality of the workmanship
& the attention to detail. You have really transformed a very
tatty boat into a really pretty boat and we are both very grateful to
you and your team for all your efforts.
Please feel free to use us as a reference for any future clients we are
sure you will get.
We both look forward to you & Ibi delivering our new boat
safely to us in New Zealand after the Cape Town Boat Show.

Hi Ian
We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the entire
experience of both survey and delivery of our Spirit 28 ex Mykonos to
CTN .
At the outset one may wonder what value a survey would have. The myth
was quickly dispelled for the following reasons, which I now realise;
i. The buyers vision is clouded due to the excitement factor and an
independent view is essential.
ii. The thorough manner in which you conducted as well as reported on
the vessel on both positive and negative items ensures that we have
prior to sale covered the major items which could have been costly to
us as well as given us a long term guide in ensuring the smaller items
will be covered to get things ship shape. This exercise saved me money
and was well worth the expense.
The delivery aspect was an added bonus at that price and knowing that
you have both surveyed and delivered safely, without incident, gives me
so much confidence from this point forward.
The prompt response to the request and commitment factor is seldom
found in this day and age.
